Exit to the garden, to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room 10 m2 with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchen (4 hot plates). Sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room 12 m2 with 2 beds (100 cm, length 210 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room 16 m2 with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 210 cm). Exit to the balcony. Top floor: 1 room 16 m2 with curtain with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 210 cm), 1 double bed (210 cm, length 220 cm). Gas heating. 2 balconies, 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs (2), box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking, garage. 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Chalet "Targanice", built in 1999, renovated in 2008. On the outskirts Targanice, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: property (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 3 m, depth 110 cm, 01.06.-30.08.). Barbecue. In the house: internet access, storage room for skis, washing machine. 300 m long steep motor access to the house (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, grocery 800 m, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 800 m, railway station 7 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km. Tennis 5 km, riding stable 5 km, cable car 8 km, ski lift 5 km, ski school 5 km, ice field 5 km, children's playground 2 km. Please note: car recommended.

...what to expect in your holiday home?

Dear Holiday Guest,

As you travel you realise that things can be very different from country to country as well as from region to region. This is what makes travelling and holidays so interesting. Differences are also to be expected in holiday homes. The type and quality of furnishings, and the look of the property, are normally in line with local standards.
We can assure you, however, that the home you chose will meet the following minimum requirements, provided that nothing in the brochure is mentioned to suggest otherwise.

 

What should you expect to find in your holiday home?

  • Private living area, not for use by any other third party
  • Comfortable seating in the living area
  • Dining table with sufficient chairs
  • Cooking facilities with pots and pans (ovens and microwaves available only if mentioned in the description).
  • Fridge
  • Cutlery/crockery

 

In Addition

  • Heating is available in properties that are available for rent in the winter. The cost of heating is included unless stated as an extra. In summer resorts, heating or heaters are only available when mentioned in the description and normally costs extra. No heating is available in Italy from approximately mid April to mid October.
  • TVs are only included where indicated in the description. They are usually colour. Black and white TVs are very rare but sometimes are provided and will be shown in the brochure description as «b/w».
  • Fireplaces are for use (unless «ornamental» is mentioned), though firewood normally costs extra, provided it is available, or can be bought locally.
  • “Double bedroom” = 2 separate beds pushed together or 2 single mattresses on a double base. “Room with double bed” = 1 bed for 2 people. Many homes have sofa beds (sometimes described as “double divan”) or pull out beds in the living room.
  • Holiday homes are not normally equipped with kettles and teapots. All homes have a fridge.

 

Normal measurements for beds are:

  • Single bed: 190 x 80/90 cm
  • Double bed (1 mattress for 2 people) 190 x 140 cm
  • Double bedroom (2 mattresses) 190 x 80 cm each
  • Bunk beds are more suitable for children and can be quite small.

 

Parking

  • Parking is available when mentioned in the description and will be included in the rental, unless the brochure description says it will be «extra».
  • Public parking is not part of the rental agreement and we cannot guarantee this will always be available.

 

Infrastructure

  • Facilities belonging to the holiday home or the residence, such as swimming pool, play area, tennis court etc. will be mentioned in the description and will be included in the rental unless stated as «extra» in the description.
  • Public facilities (swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants etc.) are not part of the rental agreement and we cannot guarantee these will always be available, particularly in low season.

 

Pets

  • The pet symbol by a property indicates that 1 pet will be permitted. If you wish to take more than 1 pet, you must check with reservations first.

 

Weekends and Shortbreaks

  • In low season periods we can book selected properties for short breaks (minimum 3 days) and long weekends. Call your nearest Interhome reservations office to discover which properties are available for less than a week in the resort or city you wish to visit for a few days.

Het huis is zodanig afgelegen dat het moeilijk te vinden was, zeker omdat we pas in het donker aankwamen. Niettegenstaande we reeds van 's middags ons aankomstuur gemeld hadden aan de eigenaar, hebben we nog een 20 tal minuten moeten wachten op zijn komst.De steile weg ernaar toe is in Show more erbarmelijke staat. Je hebt een prachtig uitzicht. Bij goed zomerweer moet het leuk vertoeven zijn in de tuin met schommel en weliswaar niet zo goed onderhouden zwembad. Gelukkig stond er nog een houtkachel om ons wat op te warmen na een regendag, want de radiatoren waren niet werkzaam. We hebben de eigenaar terug moeten laten komen want hij was vergeten de gas aan te schakelen en de wifi werkte ook niet.Maar dat kwam in orde. Waren we op een dag niet aanwezig geweest in het huis, dan zou de gas zelfs afgesloten worden door de gasmaatschappij wegens wanbetaling.We hebben eveneens last gehad van mieren in onze broodtrommel.Uiteindelijk zijn de verbruikskosten van gas en elektriciteit voldoende goed doorgerekend. « Vaste maison accueillante »

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce gite Polonais. La disposition des chambres permet à chacun de vivre confortablement avec un peu d'autonomie.
Le gîte est fonctionnel et bien entretenu.

Le jeune couple propriétaire est très sympathique et communique bien en Anglais.

Huis ziet er aan de buitenkant verwaarloosd uit. Doch binnen een zee van ruimte. Echt geschikt voor een familie-uitje. Alles in ruime mate aanwezig. Zowel bestek servies etc alsmede bed en badlinnen.
