Large, cosy country house "Le Ortensie". 25 km from the centre of Firenze, outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, directly by the lake, on a side street, in the countryside. For shared use: swimming pool (25 x 9 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, 05.06.-18.09.). Outside shower. Terrace, barbecue. Private: garden 2'000 m2 (fenced). Barbecue. In the house: central heating, washing machine. Linen change weekly. Room cleaning 2 times per week on request (extra). Parking by the house. Shop 3 km, grocers 3 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Firenze" 25 km, pebble beach 100 m. Tennis 6 km, riding stables 5 km. Please note: car essential. The pool is for shared use with the apartment we proposed (IT 5255.815.1) and another apartment that is not present in our contingent and customers must abide by the rules. Ferrari race truck 15 km. Nearby winsurfing school, sailing, rowing, cycling, walking trails in the woods. Fishing in the lake. Golf course with 18 holes to 18 km. The owner speaks German, French and English.
